摘　　要：珊瑚礁是一种特殊的岩土类型，珊瑚礁工程地质学是工程地质学的一个新的研究领域。本文简要介绍了珊瑚礁和珊瑚礁工程地质学的概念以及珊瑚礁工程地质性质的研究概况，提出了珊瑚礁工程地质学的学科方向与任务。指出了珊瑚礁工程地质学研究面临的主要问题。Coral reef is a special type of rock and soil,and coral reef engineering geology is a new study field of modern engineering geology.The paper introduces the concept of coral reef and coral reef engineering geology,outlines the general research situation of coral reef engineering properties,puts forward the disciplinary direction and task of coral reef engineering geology,and also points out the problems faced by coral reef engineering geology.
