摘 要:从增加木材的渗透性出发,对木材进行了水热预处理的单因素试验和NaOH预处理的单因素正交试验,结果得出:水热预处理对染透性未达到显著水平,NaOH的质量浓度和处理时间对于提高木材染透性的影响达到显著水平。综合分析NaOH预处理各因素的影响,优化得出预处理工艺为:NaOH的质量浓度8g.L-1、预处理时间1h、温度90℃、浴比10∶1。Hot water and NaOH were used to pretreat wood veneers in order to improving the permeability of wood veneers. A single factor test with hot water and a single factor experiment with NaOH were all conducted. Result showed that hydrothermal pretreatment had an insignificant influence on the permeability of wood veneers, but concentration of NaOH solution and pretreatment time had distinct effects on improving the permeability of wood veneers. The optimal pretreatment technology was obtained as concentration of NaOH 8g·L^-1, pretreatment time 1 hour, temperature 90 degrees C, and liquor ratio 10: 1.
