摘 要:根据1980—1999年黑龙江省大兴安岭塔河林业局的森林火灾数据和气象资料,对加拿大火险天气指标系统(FWI)中3种湿度码(CFFM,CDM,CD)与实测含水率之间的关系以及3个火行为指标与实际火行为之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明,用FWI系统中CFFM来预测的研究地区细小可燃物含水率与实测含水率之间具有稳定的函数关系,过火时间与CD具有良好的函数关系,因此,FWI系统在该地区是适用的。但该地区过火时间、过火面积等与3个反映蔓延速度和燃烧释放能量的指标(IIS,IBU,IFW)的关系还不十分密切,说明FWI系统在该地区的适用性还是有限的。Analysis was conducted on the relationships between the three moisture codes of FWI system (FFMC, DMC, DC) computed based on the weather data of Tahe Forestry Bureau of Daxing' anling region, Heilongjiang Province from 1980 to 1999 and the measured fuel moisture, and that between the three fire behavior indexes of FWI ( ISI, BUI, FWI) and the actual fire behavior from fire data of the same period. Results indicate that steady functional relationship exists between the moisture predicted by FFMC from FWI system and the measured one, so is that between burning time and DC for this region.This suggests that FWI system is suitable for fire danger rating in the region. The results also show that burning area and burning time are not well correlated with ISI, BUI and FWI, which suggests that the suitability of FWI system in the region is limited.
