摘 要:为了分析管路压力传递特性,优化系统结构,提高控制品质,采用系统集成的方法研制一套ABS波动负载发生装置。在有、无ABS作用时,进行了试验,获取的数据为柱塞泵的选择与校核提供了依据,根据泵的最大工作压力和最大流量等参数,选择了驱动电机,并设计了驱动电路。装置可为管路液压参数辨识及系统分析提供硬件支持。A set of device producing fluetuant load of Antilock Braking System (ABS) was developed by means of system integration in order to analyze the characteristics of pipeline pressure transmitting, optimize system structure and improve controlling quality. Experiments were carried out with and without ABS respectively. The experiment data provided references for the option and verification of pump. A driving motor was chosen according to the maximum working pressure and the largest flow, and the driving circuit was also designed. The device can provide assistance to parameter identification for pipeline and system analysis.
