摘  要:提出了一种新颖的非对称群峰结构无阀压电泵。利用泵底的空间,沿泵的出入口轴线方向开发出非对称群峰结构,从而在泵腔内部形成串联的渐扩/渐缩流道,替代了传统的安装在泵腔外的渐扩/渐缩流管。当泵工作时,非对称群峰结构能驱使流体向单一方向流动。建立了数学模型以表达该泵的平均能量损失与流量之间的关系,并分析了该泵的工作原理。实验验证了理论分析的正确性,当一个坡面角固定为90°,而另一坡面角在10°~60°之间变化时,实验数据与理论计算的误差<10%。A novel valve less piezoelectric pump with Cluster of Unsymmetrical Hump Structure (CUHS) is presented. In proposed pump,a CUHS is developed along the axis lines of inlet and outlet of the pump based on the space of a chamber bottom, so that the series diffuse/nozzle ducts are formed in the chamber to substitute the regular diffuse/nozzle elements fixed in outside the chamber. The new structure can drive the fluid to flow along a preferential direction when the pump works. A mathematic model is established to represent the relationship between the mean energy loss and the flow rate of the pump. Based on the mathematic model, the theory of the pump working is analyzed. Experimental results varify the theoretical analysis, which shows the errors between experimental and theoretical calculations are lower than 10%, when one angle is fixed at 90°, and the other varies from 10°to 60°.
