摘  要:利用Patran软件和Nastran软件对车门进行了有限元建模和模态分析,得到了车门的固有频率和振型。车门的计算结果和试验结果对比分析表明,所建立的有限元模型较好的反映了原结构的振动特性;车门与整车存在相近频率。通过优化车门上部分零件的厚度可避开相近频率,为今后新车门开发打下了技术基础。The finite element modeling and modal analysis for a car door are carried out by using software Patran and Nastran,and the inherent frequency as well as vibration types are also gained.The contrastive analysis of the car door' s computed results and tests results shows that the finite element model of car door well represents the vibration characteristics of the original structure ;and the car door and complete vehicle have similar frequency.It is possible to avoid having similar frequency by optimizing the thickness of some parts on the car door,which provides a techincal basis for car door development in the future.
