摘　　要：锦州湾港口为了各自的经营目标而盲目追求利益最大化,由于同质化竞争导致零和博弈问题的产生。本文从内部的优势和劣势,外部的机遇和挑战几个角度,对锦州湾港口群进行全面分析和诠释,以作为管理层的正确决策的有力支撑。Each ports of Jinzhou Bay are pursuing maximization of own profit blindly in order to realize their own goals,as the homogenization or competition, this will led to the zero-sum game problems. This article, from the internal strengths and weaknesses to external opportunities and challenges, conducts a comprehensive analysis and interpretation for the port group of Jinzhou Bay, treats it as the strong support for correct decision-making of management.
