摘　　要：本文首先从法人财产权的不完整、自营资产流失严重、非自营资产投资效益低和资产运营存在矛盾四个方面探讨了铁路运输企业国有资产监管中存在的难点问题,然后从经营管理体制和投资体制不合理、铁路运输企业的快速发展、国有资产管理方式不完善和国有资产的监督约束机制不健全四个方面分析了问题产生的原因。The article discusses the difficult problems of supervising state-owned assets in railway transportation enterprises, from four aspects including the imperfect corporation ownership of property, the grave running off self-run assets, the low investment benefit of self-run assets and the contradictions in operating assets. Then the article analyzes the cause that the problems produce.
