摘　　要：目的:探讨女性生殖道感染致精子膜结构和功能完整性损伤与不孕关系。方法:分别对不孕女性(实验组)和正常妊娠女性(对照组)生殖道分泌物温育后精子进行低渗肿胀试验及直线和曲线运动速度的测定。结果:不孕女性各测试指标与正常妊娠组测试指标对比均有显著性差异。结论:女性生殖道感染致精子膜结构和功能完整性损伤与女性不孕相关。Objective：To study relationship between the sperm damage to the structural and functional integrity caused by the infection of the female reproductive canals and infertility. Methods：We carried out the hypo--osmotic swelling test, and measured the curvilinear and straight line velocity of sperm incubated in the secretions of female reproductive canals from infertility（experiment group） and fertility （control group）. Results： There were significant differences between the testing targets of the experiment group and those of the control group. Conclusion：There is significant association between sperm damage to the structural and functional integrity caused by the infection of female reproductive canals and infertility.
