抗磷脂抗体综合征的影像学表现及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨影像学检查对抗磷脂抗体综合征的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析5例抗磷脂抗体综合征的临床资料和影像学表现,5例全部进行CT和M R扫描。结果:5例影像学检查均显示异常改变。其中2例发生在大脑皮层,2例发生在侧脑室旁,1例发生在基底节区。结论:结合多种影像学方法检查抗磷脂抗体综合征,可提高诊断的准确性。Objective：To evaluate the role of imaging technology in the diagnosis of patients with antiphospholipid syndrome. Methods：Clinical and image findings of 5 cases of antiphospholipid syndrome were retrospectively studied, and all 5 patients were studied with MR and CT. Results：MR and CT imaging showed abnormal changes in 5 cases in which lesions were distributed in the pallium in 2 cases,the ventrieulus cerebri lateralis in 2 eases,and the basal ganglion area in 1 case. Conclusion ：The examination combined with various imaging methods will help to improve the imaging diagnosis.
