摘　　要：叙述了《山西地震分析预报信息网络系统》的设计指导思想、系统目标及主要内容，介绍了网络拓扑结构、网络操作系统、客户机／服务器模式下的地震综合数据库、远程用户访问、系统开发工具及系统的主要技术特点。指出该系统在山西省防震减灾技术系统的建设中，在提高全省地震监测预报水平、增强地震应急反映能力等方面的应用前景。The　paper　recounted　the　design　thought,system　object　and　main　content　of　the　information　network　system　of　earthquake　analysis　and　prediction　in　Shanxi,introduced　the　topologic　structure　of　the　network,the　operation　system　of　the　network,the　seismic　database　under　the　model　of　client/server,the　visit　of　teleusers,and　the　main　technical　features　of　the　development　tools　and　system　of　the　system.The　paper　suggested　the　applied　foreground　of　the　system　in　the　technical　system　construction　of　the　earthquake　preparedness　and　disaster　reduction　in　Shanxi,in　the　aspects　of　the　improving　monitoring　and　prediction　level　and　the　strengthening　emergency　capability.It　will　play　motive　role　for　the　network　construction　of　earthquake　analysis　and　prediction　of　the　whole　country.
