一种简便的制备新型平面手性二茂铁醛亚胺环钯化合物的方法

摘　　要：从二茂铁和廉价易得的L-缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸出发,合成了4个手性氨基醇衍生的二茂铁醛亚胺并研究了这些手性亚胺分子内手性诱导的不对称环钯化反应。发现了一种简便的制备新型非对映异构纯的二茂铁醛亚胺环钯化合物的有效方法:室温下,在无水醋酸钠存在的条件下,制备的手性氨基醇二茂铁亚胺衍生物与自制的Li2PdCl4溶液发生不对称环钯化反应,产物先通过薄层色谱法,用CH2Cl2∶C2H5OH=100∶1.2作展开剂,分离成主要的两带,两带产物再分别用三苯基膦处理即得到新型非对映异构纯的二茂铁亚胺环钯化合物的单体。Four chiral ferrocenylaldimines were prepared by condensation of ferrocene carboxaldehyde with chiral amino alcohols derived from inexpensive and readily available L-amino acids. The asymmetric cyclopalladation of these chiral ferrocenylaldimines was investigated, showing that a convenient method of preparation of novel planar chiral cyclopalladated ferrocenyladimines was found. Cyclopalladation of chiral ferrocenylaldimines with Li2PdCl4 in the presence of sodium acetate in methanol and isolation by preparative TLC on silica gel plates eluting with CH2Cl2 ： C2H5OH（100 ： 1. 2） afforded two optically active compounds, then treatment with PPh3 respectively at room temperature afforded the diastereoisomerically pure cyclopalladated ferrocenylalclimines.
