摘  要:通过水热法合成出Dawson结构磷钨杂多酸,并考察了其催化环己醇脱水制备环己烯的性能。结果表明:当ω(H6P2W18O62·nH2O)=4.2%(以环已醇质量计),在170~180℃反应35min,环己烯收率可达93.0%。催化剂重复使用5次后,收率仍可达到75.0%。本法是一种催化合成环己烯的简单易行的典型绿色工艺。Phosphotungstic acid with Dawsoh structure was prepared by hydrothermal method, and it was applied in the catalytic synthesis of cyclohexene. When the mass of the catalyst used was 4. 2% of the quantity of cyclohexanol, the reaction temperature was about 170-180 ℃, and the reaction time was 35min, the yield of cyclohexene could reach more than 93.0%. The catalyst could be reused for 5 times and the yield was still above 75.0%. It was a typical simple and practical new "green" route to the synthesis of cyclohexene.
