摘 要:针对某铜钼矿石进行了选矿合理工艺流程的研究。采用混合浮选铜钼硫粗精矿,钼与铜硫分离后,铜硫再分离的工艺流程,可获得铜精矿品位21.40%、回收率83.48%,钼精矿品位46.87%、回收率86.70%,硫精矿品位45.16%、回收率77.91%的技术指标,实现了铜、钼、硫矿物与脉石矿物的有效分离。Study was carried out to obtain a reasonable mineral processing technology for a Cu-Mo ore. Adopting a technique flowsheet consists of a bulk flotation to obtain Cu-Mo-S rough concentrate, a separation of Mo from Cu-S, and a further Cu-S separation, copper concentrate with a grade and recovery of 21.40% and 83.48%, a molybdenum concentrate with a grade and recovery of 46.87% and 86.70% , and a sulfur concentrate with a grade and recovery of 45.16% and 77.91%, respectively, were prepared, and the effective separation of Cu, Mo and S minerals from the gauge minerals was actualized.
