摘 要:在酸性条件下采用过氧化氢对高硫高砷难选金精矿进行预处理。试验表明,该方法可有效浸出包裹在难处理金精矿中金表面的含铁硫化矿物,在矿浆浓度为20 g/L时,铁的浸出率和失重率可分别达到99.58%和53.94%。该预处理方法氧化条件温和,对环境友好,氧化时间短,为同类高硫高砷难选金精矿的开发利用提供了一种简单有效的预处理方法。The pretreatment of high-sulfur and high-arsenic refractory gold concentrate (RGC) with hydrogen peroxide was studied. The technique was proved to be effective in leaching ferric sulfide minerals, which were encapsulated onto the gold particles of the refractory gold concentrate. The leaching rate of Fe and weight loss reached 99.53% and 53.94% respectively when the pulp concentration was 20 g/L. This environmentally friendly pretreatment process was under mild condition, and, compared with conventional methods, it can shorten oxidation time. The study provides a practical and effective pretreatment method for the exploitation of similar high-sulfur and high-arsenic RGC.
