均相沉淀法制备碳酸钡的形貌控制研究

摘　　要：以二水氯化钡与尿素为原料采用均相沉淀法，通过添加控制剂合成不同形貌的碳酸钡粒子。结果表明：不同控制剂、控制剂用量和添加时间均对粒子形貌具有一定的影响。通过电子显微镜和XRD进行表征表明，在没有添加控制剂时制备出了柱状的碳酸钡粒子，粒度在2—4μm，长径比为10：1左右；添加了丙二酸、三聚磷酸钠、EDTA和柠檬酸等并控制添加剂用量和添加时间，制备出了柱状、棒状和竹叶状等碳酸钡粒子。其晶体均属于正交晶系。Using BaCl2· 2H2O and urea as raw material, adding control agent, different topography barium carbonate particles were synthesized by homogeneous precipitation method. The results showed that the kind of control agents, the dosages of control agents and addition time had a certain effect on topography of the particles. The results which the particles characterized by SEM and XRD indicated that pillar-like barium carbonate particles were prepared without adding control agent, the particle size of which was 2 - 4 μm and the ratio of length and diameter was about 10： 1. Pillar-like, stick-like and bambooleaf-like barium carbonate particles were prepared by adding malonic acid, sodium tripolyphosphate, EDTA and citric acid and controlling the dosage of the agent and addition time, the crystal of which belonged to orthorhombic crystal system.
