摘 要:考查了磷酸类混合萃取剂和离心萃取器在镍钴分离中的应用,采用P507、P204磷酸类混合萃取剂,通过正交实验得到最佳工艺条件后,使用LH50型离心萃取器,并调整通量等参数,使两相夹带均小于1%。实验结果表明,在最佳条件下,即有机相中萃取剂∶磺化煤油∶TBP体积比为30%∶60%∶10%(萃取剂组成比P204∶P507为4∶1),pH为4,O/A为1∶1,时间15 min,离心萃取通量为4.5 L/h,钴的一级萃取率为88.69%,两级逆流萃取后,镍钴比达到8 000以上,得到符合高纯镍电解工艺的电解液。The use of organophosphorus mixed extractants and centrifugal extractor in the separation of nickel and cobalt was investigated. Using P507 and P204 organophosphorus mixed extractants, the optimal conditions for extraction were obtained by orthogonal experiment. The clamping band between two phases was less than 1% by using LH50-type centtifugal exractor and adjusting the parameters. The experimental results indicate that under the optimal conditions that the volume ratio of extractant in organic phase, sulfonation kerosene and TBP is 30% : 60% : 10% ( the constituent ratio of extractant P204 and P507 is 4:1 ), pH is 4, O/A is 1 : 1, the time is 15 min, the flux of centrifugal extractor is 4.5 L/h, the single-stage extraction yield of cobalt is 88.69%. After two-stage counter current extraction, the nickel-to-cobalt ratio is up to 8 000 and the electrolyte conforming to high purity nickel electrolytic technology is obtained.
