摘 要:为解决γ-Al2O3在高温条件下的热稳定性问题,在实验室模拟工业条件,从[La(EDTA)]-的添加对γ-Al2O3的热稳定性影响进行研究,对微观结构进行了扫描电镜分析。实验分析结构表明,加入[La(EDTA)]-后,所有实验样品的小孔结构增加,导致它们在1 200℃的高温下同样有着较大的比表面积,从而提高活性氧化铝的热稳定性,使氧化铝在高温下保持较大的比表面积。添加1%[La(EDTA)]-的Al2O3样品在1 200℃焙烧1 h其比表面积达150.36 m2/g,经扫描电镜分析样品晶体呈不规则多孔网状结构。To solve the problem of the thermal stability of γ-Al2O3 at high temperature, the effects of addition of [ La(EDTA) ] ^- on thermal stability of γ-Al2O3 were investigated under industrial conditions simulated in laboratory, and SEM analysis on microstructures was conducted. The experimental results showed that micropore structure of all the samples increased after addition of [ La(EDTA) ] -, which led to have greater specific surface area at 1 200 ℃ high temperature so as to increase the thermal stability of active alumina and make alumina maintain greater specific surfac area at high temperature. The specific surface area of γ-Al2O3 samples added with 1% [ La(EDTA) ] - reached 150.36 m^2/g after roasting for 1 hour at 1 200 ℃. The crystal of the samples showed irgularly porous net structure by SEM analysis.
