摘  要:以氯化聚乙烯为骨架材料,邻二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)和石蜡为软化剂,补强剂为高耐磨炭黑和半补强炭黑,以碳酸钙和滑石粉为填充剂,三盐基性硫酸铅为稳定剂,DCP和TAIC为硫化体系,对橡皮绝缘电缆用氯化聚乙烯护套性能进行了研究。对橡胶护套性能进行了测定,实验结果表明,护套橡胶性能优良,适用于橡皮绝缘电缆的护套生产。In this paper, the properties of the chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) sheathing compounds for rubber insu- lated cables were investigated. CPE was used as the base polymer. DOP (Dioctyl phthalate) and the paraffin wax were used as the softener. High abrasion black carbon and semi-reinforcing black carbon were used as the reinforcing agent. Calcium carbonate and talcum powder were used as the filler. Triassic lead sulfate was used as the stabilizer. And DCP and TAIC were used as the curing systems. The properties of the cable sheath were determined. The results showed that the rubber system is excellent and the compound is suitable for sheathing rubber insulated cables.
