摘　　要：饮料生产行业存在着热塑封PET瓶泄漏检测的需求,根据此需求并通过大量试验,研究设计了饮料瓶检漏系统。该系统以16位单片机MSP430为核心处理单元,借助气缸与压力传感器进行检测,经数据处理分析后判别出泄漏瓶,并进行报警信号提示,也可触发后续的不合格产品剔除系统。系统测试表明,该检漏系统能够实时准确地进行样本检测,能够满足设计功能要求。The leak detection of thermal plastic PET bottles is demanded in beverage industry. On the basis of large number of tests, the beverage bottles leak detection system was researched and designed. Taking 16-bit single-chip MSP430 as the core pro- cessing units, cylinder and pressure sensor was used to perform detection, Through the data analysis, leakage bottles could be determined and alarm signals made. The function of triggering follow-up failed products excluding system was also added. The sample testing shows that the leak detection system is real-time and accurate, and meets the design requirements.
