摘 要:采用普通钻削加工细深孔的质量很差,在以微晶玻璃为代表的硬脆材料上进行细深孔加工更加困难。为实现在微晶玻璃上的细深孔加工,采用了超声加工方法,完成了超声加工声学系统的设计,并用有限元分析方法对工具在不同压力下的变形和应力进行了分析。实验结果表明,该超声加工工具可以满足微晶玻璃细深孔的加工要求。The quality of long and thin hole is poor by ordinary drilling technology. Taking the vitro ceram as representative in the hard and brittle materials, it is more difficult to process deep and long hole. Aiming at realizing processing long and thin hole on the vitro ceram, the ultrasonic machining technique was used. The design of ultrasonic machining acoustics system was comple- ted. The analysis of the tool distorted and stress under the different pressure force was taken by finite element analysis. The test results indicate that the tool can satisfy the request to process long and thin hole on the nucleated glass.
