摘  要:采用HDDR技术制备Nd_(15) Fe_(65) Co_(12) AlB_7磁各向异性磁粉,研究了HDDR的氢压对Nd_(15) Fe_(65) Co_(12) AlB_7磁粉性能的影响。结果发现,氢压是HDDR磁粉性能的重要敏感因素;当歧化温度为800℃、脱氢温度为850℃时,氢压最佳的选择是:升温过程为0.02MPa,歧化初期为0.06MPa,脱氢过程为0.02MPa;采用最佳氢压的HDDR工艺处理后的磁粉性能达到:Br=1.0266T,Hcj=649kA/m,(BH)m=127kJ/m3,DOA=0.58。The technics of HDDR was adopted to prepare anisotropie magnetic powder of Nd15Fe65Co12AlB7 alloy. The effects of HDDR hydrogen pressure on the magnetic properties of the Nd15Fe65Co12AlB7 powder were studied.The results show that the hydrogen pressure was an important sensitivity factor of magnetic properties of HDDR Magnetic powder, when decomposition temperature at 800℃ and desorption temperature at 850℃, the optimal choice of hydrogen pressure is 0.02 MPa during heating-up process, 0.06 MPa at the beginning of decomposition process, 0.02MPa at the desorption process, the magnetic properties of Br=1.0266T, Hcj=649kA/ m, (BH) m=127kJ/ m^3, DOA=0.58 are attained under the optimal hydrogen pressure.
