摘  要:文章以全国31个省(市)的限额以上零售企业为样本,运用因子分析法对其零售企业竞争力进行了综合评价和排序;通过聚类分析,发现全国31个省(市)的零售企业竞争力可划分为四种类型;单因素方差分析结果显示,零售企业竞争力存在显著的东西差距;采用岭回归分析法对零售企业竞争力的归因分析表明,居民消费水平、城市化率、地区总产值、商品零售价格指数等宏观因素对零售企业竞争力存在显著的正向影响,工资水平则有负向的显著影响;最后对结果作进一步讨论,并给出了相应的政策意义及局限性。Taking samples of retailers above designed size from 31 provinces or cities in China, the paper evaluates and comprehensively categorizes the regional retail enterprises' competitive capacity by means of factor analysis. Using cluster analysis the retail enterprises' competitive capacity from 31 provinces or cities can be divided into four categories. Using ANOVA analysis the research results indicate that there is a distinctive difference between the eastern region and the western region in China. By utilizing ridge regression analysis the research also shows that the macroscopic factors including residents consumption level, urbanization rate, regional GDP, commodity retail price index, have distinctively positive effects on the retail enterprises' competitive capacity, but the salary level has a distinctively negative effect. Finally the paper carries on a lengthy discussion and provides some corresponding policy implications and its limitations.
