摘  要:目的采用不同类型的炎症动物模型评价一枝蒿(AR)提取物的抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验,角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀实验、小鼠气囊肿实验、棉球肉芽肿实验等。结果一枝蒿提取物对急性、慢性炎症及炎性渗出均有明显的抑制作用,抑制炎症介质PGE2的产生,并抑制白细胞游走。结论AR提取物具有明显抗炎作用,其作用与抑制炎症介质PGE2产生有关。Objective To investigate the anti -inflammatory effect of the extract of Artemisia rupestris L. (ARE) . Methods Four typical inflammatory models were adopted to investigate the anti - inflammatory effect of ARE, namely dimethylbenzene - induced ear swelling in mice, carrageenan - induced paw edema, carrageenan - induced inflammatory exudation in air cyst of mice and cotton pellet granuloma. Results ARE could obviously reduce the edema of ear and paw induced by dimethylbenzene or carrageenan respectively. It could also inhibit the hyperplasia induced by cotton pellet. ARE could inhibit the generation of PGE2 and reduce the number of WBC in inflammatory exudate. Conclusion ARE effectively suppresses inflammatory responses. The mechanism of its anti - inflammatory action is relevant to reducing the generation of inflammation mediators, such as PGE2.
