摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定立克宁肠溶微丸中丁香苦苷的含量。方法Symmetry shield TM RP18（3．9mm×150mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为甲醇一水（30：70，V／V），检测波长为225nm，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，柱温为30％。结果丁香苦苷浓度在0．05～1．04μg/ml之间线性良好，r=0．9999。平均加样回收率为99．64％，RSD为1．92％。结论该法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于立克宁肠溶微丸中丁香苦苷的含量测定，为该制剂质量标准的建立提供依据。Objective To determine the content of syringpicroside in Likening enteric micropelets by HPLC. Methods The HPLC system consisted of the column of Symmetry shield TM RP18 （3.9 mm × 150mm, 5μm）, and methanol - water （30： 70, V/V） as the mobile phase. The temperature was 30℃ , the detection wavelength was 225nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1. Results Good separation and peak figures of syringpicroside were obtained. Linear range of syringpicroside was in the range of 0.05 -1.04 μg/ml, average recovery was 99.64% and the RSD was 1.92%. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate, and reproducible, which can be used to control the quality of Likening enteric micropelets.
