肾气丸“阴中求阳”配伍对丹皮酚含量的影响

摘　　要：目的测定丹皮酚在肾气丸各拆方组水煎液中的含量,分析肾气丸"阴中求阳"配伍对丹皮酚含量的影响。方法将肾气丸组方药物拆方分为补阳组-1、补阳组-2、补阴组-1、补阴组-2、阴阳双补组-1和阴阳双补组-2(即肾气丸全方),采用高效液相色谱法测定各肾气丸拆方组水煎液中丹皮酚的含量。结果阴阳双补组-2水煎液中丹皮酚含量高于补阳组-2和阴阳双补组-1;阴阳双补组-1和补阳组-2水煎液中丹皮酚含量高于补阳组-1,且都具有统计学意义。结论肾气丸"阴中求阳"配伍能增大水煎液中丹皮酚的含量,且肾气丸中的"三泻"药物(茯苓、泽泻、丹皮)也有增强此作用的趋势。Objective To detect the content of paeonol in decoction of each dismantled drug group, and to analyze the influence of compatibility of Shenqi Pill with＂ reinforcing Yang from Yin＂ on the content of paeonol in each decoction. Methods The drug of Shenqi Pill was divided into invigorating Yang group I , invigorating Yang group Ⅱ , invigorating Yin group I , invigorating Yin group Ⅱ , invigorating Yin - Yang group I , invigorating Yin - Yang group I and the content of paeonol in each dismantled Shenqi Pill decoction was measeured by using the method of high performance liquid chromatogram. Results The invigorating Yin group Ⅱ and the whole Shenqi Pill group possessed high content of paeonol, and the content of invigorating Yang group was the least. Conclusion Paeonol is likely to be one of the effective constituent of the compatibility of Shenqi Pill with＂ reinforcing Yang from Yin＂ .
