摘　　要：目的紫外分光光度法测定冠心丹参制剂中三七总皂苷的含量。方法UV法，测定波长548nm。结果线性范围0．0202～0．202mg；平均回收率：97．38％，RSD为1．10％。结论方法简便，灵敏度和准确度较高，结果满意。Objective To establish the determination method of total saponins of Panax notoginseng in Guanxin Danshen tablet by UV. Methods UV, the detection wavelength was at 548 nm. Results The linear range was in the range of 0.0202 - 0. 202mg. The average recovery was 97.38 %, and RSD was 1.10% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, highly accurate, and it can be used for quality control of Guanxin Danshen tablet.
