胡枝子中化学成分及黄酮类物质提取与分析的研究进展

摘　　要：从胡枝子属植物中已分离鉴定的化学成分包括黄酮、生物碱、萜类、有机酸及甾醇类等,以上成分具有抗炎抑菌、降血糖、抗氧化、抗辐射、抗癌、抗肿瘤以及增强免疫能力等药理活性。文章综述了胡枝子中的有效成分、黄酮类物质的提取、分析等方面的研究进展,为深入开展该类中药的研究提供了参考。Many compounds in Lespedeza bicolors Turcz. have been extracted and separated including flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenes, organic acids, and stigmasterols. These chemical constituents have been used for anti - inflammation, reducing blood sugar, antioxidation, anti - radiation, anticancer, and anti - tumor. This paper reviewed the research progress on extraction of flavonoids in Lespedeza bicolors Turcz, and chemical ingredients, which will provide reference to the subsequent study.
