摘 要:应用现代科学技术研究中药有效成分,是中药现代化研究的重要内容。利用分子烙印高分子制成亲和色谱柱,利用色谱分离技术的高速高效性和质谱测定技术的高灵敏度和独有的混合解析能力,在线连接HPLC-MS,可以直接从中药复杂体系中分离、筛选出有效成分并进行直接鉴定,实现中药有效成分的分离、筛选、鉴定一体化技术。文章简要从分子烙印聚合物及其制备、模板分子、功能性单体及聚合条件的选择、技术特点、应用状况及前景等方面简单介绍中草药有效成分筛选鉴定一体化技术中最有应用前途的分子烙印高分子技术。It is an important aspect of modernization for Chinese traditional herb that active composition of Chinese traditional herb is studied with modem science and technology. Affinity chromatography is prepared through molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) . Based on high performance of chromatographic separation technology and highly sensitive and special combinational a- nalysis ability of mass spectrogram, MIP - HPLC - MS is connected. Therefore, active composition from Chinese traditional herb may be separated, selected and identified, which realized combinational technology of separation, selection and identification for active composition of Chinese traditional herb. The mechanism of molecular imprinting technology (MIT) and synthetic processes of MIPs were introduced in this paper. Application of MIT for separation, selection and identification for active composition of Chinese traditional herb were summarized, and the trends of MIT were also discussed in this paper.
