摘  要:目的优选丹参水溶性有效成分最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以丹酚酸B转移率、干膏率为指标优选最佳提取工艺。结果丹参水溶性成分最佳提取工艺为:10倍量水,提取3次,45 min/次。结论采用此方法省时、省工、节能、适合于大生产。Objective To study the best distilling technology of water - solubility content in Danshen. Methods Orthogonal test was used with the transferred rate and dry - ointment rate of salvianolic acid B as indexes. Results The best distilling technology was that the dosage of water was 10 times dosage of materials, the times of distilling were 3, and 45 minutes every time. Conclusion The method is simple, economic, quick, and can be used for big production.
