摘  要:目的对巴戟天中微量元素的形态进行分析。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定巴戟天中13种元素含量及水煮溶出率,并分析水煎液中9种元素的可溶态与悬浮态、正辛醇-水萃取体系中醇溶态与水溶态。结果巴戟天中含量较多元素依次为Mn,Fe,Zn,Pb和Cu等。元素溶出率大小不取决于药材中元素总量。在水煎液9种元素中,Se,Mn和Co以可溶态为主,其余以悬浮态为主;Se,Fe,Pb以及肠液酸度下的Cu,Cd的醇溶态含量较高,其余醇溶态含量较低,酸度对元素Kwo值有影响。电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析法线性好、精密度高、可靠性好。结论巴戟天含有多种生命元素。元素溶出率主要取决于它在药材中存在形态。水煎液中,元素可溶态与悬浮态分布可能与其存在形态及煎出物特性有关;元素醇溶态与水溶态分布应与元素所结合成分及结合的稳定性有关。Objective To aralyze the speciation of trace elements in Morinda officinalis. Methods 13 trace elements in the drug material as well as the respective dissolved rates in the decoction were measured by ICP-MS. Sub-speciation of 9 trace elements in the decoction was also analyzed ,including the soluble state, suspended state,both the n-CsH17 OH -soluble and water -soluble states in the n-Cs H17 OH -water extraction system. Results Different kinds of trace elements were found in the Morincla officina- lis in which the richest is,in turn, Mn, Fe,Zn,Pb and Cu. The size of the dissolved rate did not depend on the content of trace ele- ment in the drug material. About 9 trace elements in the decoction, Se, Mn and Co existed mainly in the soluble speciation while the rest 6 ones mainly in the suspended speciation. It was found that the content of Se, Fe, Pb and Cu, Cd ~mder the pH of intesti- nal juice was relatively higher while the others relatively lower in the n-CsH17OH -soluble speciation . It proved that Kow value of each trace element is influenced by different pH Values. The ICP-MS analytical methord is highly linear,accurate as well as dependable. Conclusion Different kinds of life elements have been found in the Morinda officinalis. The size of the dissolved rate depend on the elemental speciation in the drug material. The distribution of the soluble state and suspended state,is probably related to the elemental speciation and the characteristic of decoction. The distribution of the nsHITOH -soluble and water- soluble states must be contacted to the components and the stability of with which the elements combine.
