针灸辨证分型治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸辨证治疗单纯性肥胖症的有效性、针对性和可操作性。方法228例患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组114例,对照组114例。治疗组采用针刺中脘、关元、天枢、带脉等穴,加王不留行籽耳贴脾、胃、三焦、饥点、渴点、内分泌等;对照组采用针刺中脘、关元、天枢、带脉等穴。2个疗程结束后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组总有效率为70.2%,统计结果表明针刺加耳压治疗单纯性肥胖症有效率高于单纯针刺治疗(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后BMI变化情况,说明治疗组对BMI的改善程度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组年龄段患者临床疗效比较,统计结果说明35岁以下组临床疗效明显高于35岁以上组(P<0.05)。结论针刺加耳压综合治疗单纯性肥胖症有效率高于单纯针刺治疗;较年青的单纯性肥胖症患者疗效较年长者好。Objective To explore the efficacy, pertinence and practicability of syndrome differentiation-based acupuncture and moxibustion in treating simple obesity. Methods Two hundred and twenty-eight patients were randomly allocated to two groups, a treatment group of 114 cases and a control group of 114 cases. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture at points Zhongwan （CV20）, Guanyuan（ CV4）, Tianshu（ ST35 ）, Daimai（ GB26 ）, etc. plus sticking cowherb seeds with adhesive plaster on ear points Spleen, Stomach, Sanjiao, Hunger, Thirst and Endocrine. The control group was treated by acupuncture at points Zhongwan（CV20）, Guanyuan（ CV4）, Tianshu（ ST35 ）, Daimai（ GB26）, etc. The therapeutic effects were evaluated at the end of two treatment courses. Results The total efficacy rate was 83.3% in the treatment group and 70.2% in the control group. Statistical analysis showed that the efficacy rate of acupuncture plus auricular plaster therapy was significantly higher than that of simple acupuncture in treating simple obesity （ P 〈 0.05 ）. A comparison of pre-posttreatment BMI differences between the two groups showed that BMI improved significantly more in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. A comparison of the clinical therapeutic effects between different age classes of patients in the two groups showed that it was significantly better in the group below 35 years old than in the group above （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy rate of acupuncture plus auricular plaster therapy is significantly higher than that of simple acupuncture in treating simple obesity. The therapeutic effect is better in the younger patients than in the older.
