摘　　要：目的观察针刺治疗功能性早泄的疗效。方法采用针刺方法治疗功能性早泄32例,辨证分为肾气不固与肝郁气滞二个证型,并进行分型治疗。结果与结论有效率达90.6%。观察提示,年龄越大,疗效越差;病程越短,疗效越好;肝郁气滞型疗效与肾气不固型比较差异无统计学意义。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on functional prospermia. Methods Thirty-two patients with functional prospermia were treated with acupuncture. It was classified into two syndrome types according to syndrome differentiation, insecurity of kidney qi and stagnation of liver qi, and treated according to the syndrome type. Results and conclusion The efficacy rate was 90.6%. It is suggested that the older the age, the poorer the therapeutic effect; the shorter the duration of disease the better the therapeutic effect. There was no statistic difference in the curative effect between the two groups.
