辽藁本优良株系的初选及综合特征评价

摘　　要：试验以根茎繁殖后一年及二年生的辽藁本作为材料,对初选出性状较为突出的辽藁本植株的生育性状、根部产量及性状、抗病性、越冬性进行科学的田间调查与数据分析;对其外部形态进行准确的描述。从而初步筛选出辽藁本的优良株系,并准确掌握了初选株系的主要生育特征及抗性特点,为筛选不同利用价值的辽藁本优良品系提供依据。In this paper two new superior lines of Ligusticum jeholense are Systematically investigated and studied by comparing its vegetative characters, root production and characters. Comparing and analysis the disease resistance and its characters of hibernation, the main different growth -characters between the superior lines have obtained. And it made a great start for the selection of new strains.
