摘 要:基于土霉素在铂电极上增强三联吡啶合钌[Ru(bpy)3^2+]的电化学发光信号,并结合流动注射分析技术,建立了1种测定土霉素的电化学发光分析新方法.在含有5.0×10^-5mol/L Ru(bpy)3^2+的pH=8.0磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,采用1.15 V的应用电位和2.0 mL/min的流速,测定土霉素的检出限为1.30 mg/L(S/N=3),线性范围为2.50-25.0 mg/L,相对标准偏差小于1.50%(n=9),加标回收率为97.4%-104%.该法简单、快速、灵敏,现已成功地用于药物制剂中土霉素含量的测定.A new flow-injection electrochemiluminescence (ECL) analytical method of oxytetracycline has been proposed in this paper. It is based on a fact that oxytetracycline reacts with tris(2,2′-bipyridine)ruthenium(Ⅱ) [Ru(bpy)3^2+] to produce enganced electrochemiluminescence signals. In the phosphate buffer solution of pH=8.0, the best ECL response was obtained at applied potential of 1.15 V in the present of 5.0×10^-5 mol/L Ru(bpy)3^2+. The linear range of the present method is from 2.50 to 25.0 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 1 and the detection limit of 1.30 mg/L (S/N=3). The method has been successfully applied to the determination of oxytetracycline in tablets. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 1.50% (n=9) and the recoveries were from 97.4% to 104% for the determination of practical samples.
