摘　　要：加大训练负荷、增加动作难度是现代竞技运动的发展趋势之一.根据竞技运动高风险行业的特点,分析了目前我国运动员伤残保障体系中存在的主要问题.研究表明:运动员行业伤残保障体系的内容不健全,缺少高风险职业特点的基本风险保障;运动员的基础性伤残保险覆盖范围小,缺乏强制性的保障制度和行业部门监管措施;商业性的体育保险品种匮乏,保险渠道单一.According to the high-risk characteristics of sports,this poper Analyses the problems m the security system of wounded and disabled athletes, Results show that the security system is not perfect： the risk protection is lack of high-risk characteristics; the insurance coverage of basic injury is small; it is lack of a mandatory insurance system and superrisory system; Commercial varieties of sports insurance is fewer; insurance is of a single channel. To strengthen government intervention and multi-channel security funds for disabled athletes input must be increased. The establishment of different levels of a mandatory insurance system and a wide range of new disability insurance measures are proposed.
