摘　　要：在明确了膜式人工肺优势的基础上,简要介绍了其产生背景、原理和材料。从体外循环、ECMO、IVOX和TAL4个方面的用途及各自的优、缺点论述了膜式人工肺的研究进展,分别归纳了IVOX和TAL需要改进之处,并特别指出TAL作为真正意义上的人工肺的重要性。对人工肺的发展方向进行了展望,总结了理想人工肺应具备的特征和未来研究的焦点。Based on the advantage of artificial lung, the background, principle and materials of membrane oxygenator are descried briefly. Besides, the purpose of ECC, ECMO, IVOX and TAL, advantage and disadvantage, newest research progress of the oxygenator are introduced. The aspects of IVOX and TAL can be modified, and the significance of TAL as to be the real artificial lung is pointed out. By anticipating the development trend of the oxygenator, the feature of ideal artificial lung and the study in the future can be summarized. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29 （12） ： 28-30]
