摘　　要：目的:实现HIS系统与合肥市医保接口的对接处理。方法:根据合肥市社会保险中心提供的医疗保险接口函数动态库的联网调用规则与HIS内部数据结构的要求,对"军卫一号"的医保收费程序进行了大规模的改造。结果:HIS系统根据动态连接库的参数个数、类型、返回值等进行链接库的调用,实现系统的对接。结论:医保接口的改造不仅方便了医保患者的就医,提高了医院的服务水平,而且规范了医院医保患者的管理,完善了医院的信息系统。Objective To realize the interface of medical insurance system of Hefei with HIS system, Methods According to the requirements of HIS interior data structure and the networking invocation rules of the medical insurance interface functions dynamic databases provided by Hefei social insurance center, the charging program of No.1 Military Medical Project was modified gready. Results The call of link library was carried out according to the number, type and returned value of the parameters.
