摘  要:6a来通过对供应室无菌间采用同样空气消毒方法后,进行360个平皿空气微生物采样调查发现,秋季由于气候突变、炎热、潮湿、天干风沙大,尘埃活动等,空气细菌污染率为38.6%。而冬季由于气温低,不适宜细菌繁殖,空气细菌污染率为8.8%。通过调查掌握了空气消毒防范措施的主动权,保证了灭菌物品质量达标。360 Petri dishes are used to investigate air bacteria contamination in the sterile compartment of the supply room which has been sterilized with the air disinfection method for 6 years. The air contamination rate in autumn is 38.6% due to the abrupt change of climate, the high temperature and humidity, and the gale. While it is cold in winter which is not fit for the growing of bacteria, the air contamination rate is only 8.8%. The investigation contributes to the control of air contamination and the high quality of material sterilization. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2008,29(12) :110-111]
