摘　　要：目的:检测正常妊娠小鼠与反复自然流产小鼠母胎界面SOCS1、SOCS2、SOCS3蛋白表达的差异。方法:建立反复自然流产小鼠模型CBA/J×DBA/2及正常妊娠小鼠模型CBA/J×BALB/c,取孕14.5天的蜕膜和胎盘组织,Western blot法检测SOCS1、SOCS2、SOCS3蛋白的表达。结果:与正常妊娠模型组相比,反复自然流产模型组小鼠母胎界面SOCS1蛋白表达非常显著升高(P<0.01),而SOCS3蛋白表达则非常显著降低(P<0.01),SOCS2蛋白表达在两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:SOCS1、SOCS3在正常妊娠与反复自然流产小鼠中有明显的表达差异,可能在妊娠的维持中发挥重要作用。Objective： To detect the different expression of the protein expression of SOCS1, SOCS2, SOCS3 in maternal - fetal interface of mice with normal pregnancy and recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA） . Methods： CBA/J × BALB/C and CBA/J × DBA/2 were used as normal pregnancy and RSA model respeetively. The protein expressions of SOCS1, SOCS2 and SOCS3 in decidual and placental tissues on day 14. 5 of gestation were detected by Western blotting. Results ： Compared with normal pregnancy model mice, the expression of SOCS1 was significantly increased and the expression of SOCS3 was significantly decreased in RSA model mice （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The expression of SOCS2 had no obvious differences between normal pregnancy and RSA mice. Conclusion： There are obvious differences of SOCS1 and SOCS3 between mice with normal pregnancy and RSA, which might play an important role in the maintenance for successful pregnancy.
