摘  要:采用各种研究手段,对中子辐照黄色蓝宝石的色心及谱学特征进行综合研究.结果表明,中子辐照黄色蓝宝石中存在两类重要的色心,一类属不稳定的空穴色心(Mg2++O-);另一类则为相对较稳定空穴心/杂质阳离子心的复合色心(Fe2++O-/Fe3++e).上述两类色心的产生,与其内所含的微量杂质离子之间有着不可分割的内在联系.正是由于它们的联合作用,才导致无色蓝宝石赋色,并产生与之相关的特征吸收谱、荧光发射谱及ESR谱.研究还表明,经低温退火处理(150℃),有助于消除不稳定棕褐色色心,进而提高颜色的主波长和饱和度,使颜色变得更加艳丽.Varieties of research methods are employed to make a comprehensive investigation into the colour center of the neutron-irradiated yellow sapphire and its spectrum features. The results indicate that two kinds of important colour centers are present in the neutron-irradiated yellow sapphire: the unstable hollow-hole colour center (Mg2++O-), and the relatively stable complex colour center with hollow hole and impure cation (Fe2++O-/Fe3++e). Their presence is inalienably and internally associated with the trace impure ions contained in the colour centers. In this way, the colourless sapphire is coloured and, at the same time, produces its corresponding characteristic absorption spectrum, fluorescence-emission spectrum, and ESR spectrum. The research also indicates that the low temperature annealing treatment (150℃) can be employed to eliminate the unstable brown colour center, and further to extend the main wavelength and degree of saturation of the colour. Therefore, the required colour turns more brilliant.
