经腹部三维超声在绝经后子宫出血诊治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹部三维超声(3D-TAS)诊断子宫出血的临床应用及价值。方法178例绝经后子宫出血病人均行经腹部二维超声(2D-TAS)和3D-TAS检查,以手术病理结果为金标准,将2D-TAS和3D-TAS检查结果分别与手术病理结果对照分析,评价2D-TAS和3D-TAS的敏感性和准确性。结果3D-TAS在诊断绝经后子宫出血的敏感性、特异性、准确性方面高于2D-TAS,两者诊断准确性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D-TAS对绝经后子宫出血的诊断具有明确的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional trans-abdominal sonography in patients with postmenopausal uterine bleeding. Methods 178 patients with postnaenopausal uterine bleeding were examined by 3D-TAS and 2D-TAS, and the findings of ultrasound were compared with the surgery-pathologic results, and an- alyzed to assess sensitivity and accuracy of 3D-TAS and 2D-TAS. Results The sensitivity and specificity, accuracy of 3D-TAS were higher than that of 2D-TAS. The diagnostic accuracy was significantly different in the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion 3D-TAS in diagnosing postmenopausal uterine bleeding has clinical value.
