腘窝小切口入路治疗后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折(附17例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨后交叉韧带胫骨撕脱骨折切开复位内固定的腘窝小切口入路及疗效。方法17例病人,腘窝小切口入路,显露骨折端,复位后用4.0mm空心钉加垫片固定。结果17例患者术后随访6个月以上,所有骨折术后I期愈合,膝关节活动度均正常。结论腘窝小切口入路简便、安全,可有效显露骨折区域并进行复位、固定。术后康复得当可获得满意的疗效。objective To introduce the approach via the popliteal fossa to the tibial attachment of the posterior cruciate Ligament and its clinical outcome. Methods 17 cases with displaced avulsion fracture of the tibial attachment of the posterior cruciate Ligament anderwent were performed open redaction and internal fixed with 4.0mm Cannulated Screws and washers. Results The average follow-up time was 6 months The results showed that the range of motin of the knee were normal in all case. Conclusion The approach described is technically fairly easy, Safe and excellent exposure of the avulsion fracture and suopports early rehabilitation
