某戒毒劳教所收教人员HIV感染现状及相关知识行为调查

摘　　要：目的 了解宁夏戒毒劳教人员HIV感染现状以及艾滋病预防知识知晓情况，分析戒毒劳教人员感染HIV的相关高危行为，为开展行为干预和健康教育提供依据。方法对宁夏回族自治区戒毒劳教所收教人员全部调查登记，采集静脉血行HIY抗体检测，并开展艾滋病预防知识问卷调查。结果 共调查收教人员544例，检出HIV 抗体阳性4例，阳性率0．74％；在544名吸毒者中，初中以下文化程度占89．0％；无业人员占了67．8％；吸毒人群中离婚率普遍较高，女性吸毒者的离婚率较男性高（X^2=22．097，P〈0．05）；高危行为中有多性伴行为的占53．7％；在性行为中从不使用安全套的占51．1％；8．5％的吸毒者曾有过同性性行为；有59．9％的人员采用过静脉吸毒。对艾滋病的传播途径知晓率最低为51．8％，最高为96。5％。戒毒劳教人员对艾滋病的传播途径知晓率为51．8％。96．5％．结论 本次调查发现宁夏戒毒劳教所50％以上的收教人员有艾滋病感染的相关高危行为，对艾滋病的传播途径知晓率较高，HIV抗体阳性率较全国吸毒人群低，吸毒人群仍是感染HIV的重点人群和传播HIV的重要桥梁人群。Objective To investigate the kalowledge of AIDS prevention and the present condition of HIV infection among the addictives under drug quit addiction treatment and analyze the high-risk behaviors among who infected with HIV in order to provide scientific evidence for intervention and health education. Methods The knowledge about the AIDS were investigated and the HIV antibody were detected in the ventual blood in 544 addictives under drug quit addiction treatment in Ningxia. Results 4 of 544 addictives presented HIV antibody positive and the rate was 0.74%. In all the 544 addictives,89.0% were junior high school educated and below and 67.8% were unemployed.. Female addictives had a higher divorce rate than males（x^2 = 22.097, P 〈 0.05） ;53.7% addictives had several sex mates, and 51.1% of them did not use condoms in sex behavior. 8.5 % of the addictive ever had homosexual behavior. 59.9% had took drugs by vein. Conclusion This survey had indicated that above 50% of the addictive under drug quit addiction treatment had had high risky behavior of AIDS infection, and had much more kownledge on the spreading ways of AIDS than normal. The positive rate of HIV antibody in this population was lower than that in the addictives all over the nation, so the addictive population of was still the important population who infect and spread HIV virus.
