摘　　要：通过利用3DS MAX软件对实心轮胎一步法注射成型硫化机组进行动态模拟可知,实心轮胎一步法注射成型硫化机组不存在干涉,运行平稳,外观简洁而美观。采用3DS MAX软件进行动态模拟,可以缩短设计周期、降低设计成本,且在物理样机制造前即可对设计进行预评估。Dynamic simulation had taken on single stage injection molding and curing group for solid tire by using 3DS MAX, thus it is clear that the group was stable without any interference, and the appearance was simple and convenient. Took the 3DS MAX dynamic simulation software not only can short the design cycle and reduce the cost of design, but also can pre-evaluate the design before the physical prototype manufactured.
