青霉素G发酵液过滤中超滤膜与纳滤膜结合使用的研究

摘　　要：利用纳滤膜对超滤膜终端低单位青霉素G滤液进行浓缩,并确定最佳浓缩倍数,使超滤膜末端效价提高35%,滤液体积减少25%,提炼处理滤液速度提高9%,降低提炼的成本。并使过滤收率提高1%,减少菌丝水COD排放量的96%。Using nanofiltration to concentrate the end of ultrafiltration filtration and making certain concentrated multiple, the problem to extract the broth has turned out. To use the membrane technology inclu ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membrane, the filtration of higy concentration can be got, and the yield of fi has been increased. With the use of this method, the volume of the filtration decreases 25 percent, the yield can 1 percent, the volume of the COD of the broth waste can decrease 96 percent.
