摘 要:为了区别不同长势和生境条件下的古树名木损失额,文章提出以"古树名木生长势系数"这一概念来说明在不同生长状况下古树名木损失额的不同,并提出以"优"、"中"、"差"、"濒危"四个等级来反映古树名木的生长势状况,从"树木的外观特征"和"树木生长及管护状况"两个方面分别进行讨论,以树冠、树干、树叶、根系、受害现象、管护水平以及生长周围状况作为影响因子,进一步完善和制定了影响古树名木生长势等级的判定标准和评分体系。以此为依据来判定受损古树名木的生长状况等级,从而确定古树名木的生长势系数值。古树名木生长势系数的确定,不仅为古树名木损失额的全面、准确、合理计量提供了科学依据,而且还为古树名木损失额的计量模型转化为具体的计算公式便于实际操作与应用,提供了科学的计算方法和坚实的数据基础。同时也为古树名木损害的经济赔偿案件的处理提供了科学、准确的衡量尺度和处罚依据。Subjected to bad environment influence, antique and rare trees become badly such as potential growth is bad, growing condition to be placed in a weak stage, even nearing to die . The loss of these trees should have differentiation with the antique and rare trees which's condition at prosperous stage and the potential growth is good, once encountering to the damage. Therefore, while computing the antique ano rare trees'loss, the conception ‘the coefficient of antique and rare trees potential growth' is put forward in this paper in order to explain the differentiation of antique and rare trees' loss on different conditions. This paper puts forward four grades including ‘excellent, medium, poor and endangered' to reflect the potential growth condition of antique and rare trees, discusses from tow aspects, ' external appearance characteristic of tree' and ' growth, management and protection condition' , takes tree top, tree trunk, leaf, root, management and protection level, and growth surroundings condition as influence factors, improves and establishes judging criterions, grading of antique (urther. Taking this as a basis to judge the growth condition grades of the damaged ancient and famous trees, we can make sure the potential growth coefficient value of antique and rare trees. It can not only provide science basis for overall, accurate and reasonable estimation of antique and rare trees loss, but also provide calculation method and solid data foundation of science for estimation model of antique and rare trees toss conversing into concretely formula, and also provide scientific, accurate measurement dimensions and punishment of compensation cases of injured antique and rare trees.
