摘　　要：设计了一种基于高性能C8051f040单片机的CAN与SMBus协议适配器系统。介绍了C8051f040单片机内部CAN控制器与SMBus协议的特点及适配器的工作原理,并给出了软硬件的设计思想和具体实现方法。实际测试表明:上位机通过该适配器系统与焊机进行数据通信,对数据进行处理,很好地实现了对汽车生产线焊机智能控制的目的。该系统具有抗干扰性好,工作效率高,使用方便等优点。The adapter based on the CAN and MSBus protocol of C8051F040 SOC is designed. The basic characteristics of CAN controller and SMBus protocol are presented, and the design idea and method of hardware and software are given too. The measurement indicates, through the adapter system, upper mo- nitor to achieve data communicates with jointing machine and data processing, the intelligent control to the jointing machine in the automotive production line can be realized. Not easily to be interfered by environ- ment, high work efficiency and easy to use are the advantages of the system.
