参芪止血胶囊对雌性大鼠雌、孕激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参芪止血胶囊对雌性大鼠雌、孕激素水平的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法以雌性SD大鼠为研究对象,随机分为正常对照组,参芪止血胶囊低、中、高剂量组,测定血清中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)含量。结果与对照组相比较,参芪止血胶囊能显著提高雌性大鼠雌、孕激素水平。其中参芪止血胶囊中剂量组效果尤为明显(P<0.01)。结论参芪止血胶囊具有促进恢复卵巢功能,提高性激素水平,调经止血的作用。Objective To study the influence of Shenqi stanch capsule on estradiol and progesterone in female rats, and to explore its mechanism. Methods 40 female SD rats were divided randomly into normal control group, the high- , medium- and low- dose groups of Shenqi stanch capsule. The effect of estradiol and progesterone on the serum of rats was determined. Results In comparison with the normal control group, Shenqi stanch capsule could elevate the level of estradiol and progesterone in female rats, especially medium dose group of Shenqi stanch capsule（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Shenqi stanch capsule can promoted the function of the ovaty, elevate the level of sex hormonal and have the effect on catamenia restructure.
