摘　　要：目的探讨原发性肾病综合征(PNS)患儿T细胞亚群变化及意义。方法应用流式细胞仪对40例活动期和30例缓解期PNS分别检测淋巴细胞亚群的比例。结果PNS患儿活动期外周血总CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均低于缓解期组与对照组(P<0.01),CD8+无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论PNS患儿在活动期外周血T细胞数量异常,T细胞间比例失调。Objective To explore the varieties of T - lymphocytes subtype of children with primary nephrotic syndrome （ PNS）. Methods Peripheral T cell subset was assayed in 40 active phases PNS, 30 remission phases and 20 normal children by flow cytometry. Results The total CD3 ^＋ , CD4^＋ , CD4 ^＋/CD8 ^＋ in peripheral blood in children with active phase PNS were lower than those in control group and remission phase. Conclusion Abnormal number and the disturbance of proportion of T - cell subset can be detected in children with active phase PNS.
